Looking for a Visual Designer (0-1 year Experience)

Design@Think201 in Design Job Opening

We are looking for a thoughtful visual designer (design thinker) who can join our lean team. If you are a storyteller who knows how to use design to craft amazing user experiences for the software products (web apps and mobile apps), please read ahead.

Here is about what we are looking in YOU, our new design thinker joining the creative team

You believe in experience

You clearly understand the difference between the interface and the experience. You understand how important is the experience of a user using software interface which includes meaningful and valuable aspects of human–computer interaction.

Visual expression for you is about how it looks and also about how it works

Ability to think visually comes naturally to you. Crafting interfaces for the product which are visually appealing as well as meaningful is where your focus lies. You are brilliant in identifying design opportunities and can explore them visually.

You truly are a professional

You are a clear communicator. You are deliberate about your design approach, and you are open for feedback from the team and users to iterate on it.

You believe that ‘teamwork makes the dream work’

You love collaborating with team members and enjoy brain storming sessions to solve a design problem. You have a very collaborative mindset and interest in working with interaction/UI/UX fellow designers.

How would your day look like @ Think201

Your key work will be to :

  • create interactive mockups and prototypes for web and mobile to communicate and validate design decisions.
  • collaboration with the team to develop design strategy for a product.
  • you will also participate in the design, observation and analysis of user persona research.
