Developed all-in-one job portal that enables its users to search for an opportunity/post an opportunity in the social sector. The lack of relevancy in terms of details captured for jobs in this sector led to the need of developing one.

Best Fit Algorithm
An algorithm that matches the candidate profile with job requirements based on configurable profile metrics. This algorithm is developed with a motto to connect the right candidates to the right opportunities. This is one of the USPs of the platform which is now liked by many of Arthan Career’s customers.
Subscription Plan Module
Subscription module that would allow users to subscribe to the platform monthly/ annually with promotional offers implemented in it.
Moving away from conventional look & feel
Experimented with a clean UI/UX to bring a fresh look and feel. The major challenge was to display a massive amount of data captured for a job as well as candidate profiles in an aesthetically pleasing layout.
Interview Scheduling Module
A compact and concise interview scheduler platform that allows organizations to schedule interviews and view invitation acceptance status all under one application.
