A custom designed and developed platform that aids Milaan Foundation to digitize the end to end operations of running the Girl Icon Programe every year across multiple states of India.
Girl Icon program is Girl led initiative by which envisions an inclusive and equal world, where every girl is educated, healthy and safe. The program focuses on choosing the girl icon through a self nomination process led by various rounds of selection and training which empowers the Girl Icon to educate others around her.

A platform that enables to bring technology inclusion to all the phases of Girl Icon program with a vision to scale it 10x whereas decrease the cost by 50% was the goal with which we started. Today we stand at a place where this is a reality especially in eliminating the operational overheads and technology taking the role of amplifying the impact.

There are many decisions which we took where bringing in technology can ease out load on operations for Girl Icon to run. From building a customizable application form to rules to collect and reject applications, tracking of selection process, rich analytics, integrations for doing group selection process, we have tapped into every corner that can make this goal happen.
What we have built is done once, but would run year after year handling the nitty gritty of running Girl Icon Program.
We have built the application in service oriented architecture that makes its very modular and highly customizable for Milaan Foundation’s future programs.

Through out the journey of building Milaan Girl Icon Platform, we have engaged in super agile model where product changes and pivots were welcomed throughout and achieving the ultimate goal of the platform.

PWA focusing on holistic experience for the aspirants to apply via form submission and be able to help others to also apply. The application also depicts the results in a clean and concise manner. The application process involves video recording, essay submission and personal details entry which goes through a validation process before submission thereby giving a boost for the whole process.

A comprehensive form builder that allows the user to create forms with custom questions and configure custom answers and logic to cater to the need of GI aspirant assessments. All of this which varies for different states, which is fully automated.

A fully functional PWA Sahyogi app that aids GI aspirants to manage the entire lifecycle from application to selection process that includes training and more. Keeping ease of access for Girl Icons and remote areas in mind, PWA was the best choice to deliver the needs.
