A custom designed and developed platform that aids Milaan Foundation to digitize the end to end operations of running the Girl Icon Programe every year across multiple states of India.
What did we build
A platform that enables to bring technology inclusion to all the phases of Girl Icon program with a vision to scale it 10x whereas decrease the cost by 50% was the goal with which we started.
Today we stand at a place where this is a reality especially in eliminating the operational overheads and technology taking the role of amplifying the impact.

A custom built web application and mobile application that manages the Girl Icon program from registration to selection process that can be run with ease year on year across states enriched with clean data collection and sanity.

User Friendly App for School Girls
The application is designed keeping in mind the fact the target audience, aspiring girl icons in this case. While the color tone emanates overall theme and purpose of the program, UX is overly simplified to meet the needs of the girls.
Single Admin App for Various Roles/Permission
Admin application supports multi-role based user login which fragments the application based on permissions that is allowed for each role.
Scalability for Thousands of Students
Application is built to thrive and scale as the program intake grows year on year supporting the program across multiple states in India.
Zoom Integration for Assessment Process
Integrating Zoom that can trigger group invites based on several batches thereby improving operational efficiency for the organisation. This enables the program managers to focus on assements and not worry about the logistics.
